Police sensitization - Idukki


Idukki: A sensitization program has been organized for the police officers to make them participate in HIV control and prevention activities. The workshop was organized by KSACS at Painav in Idukki district.

Ensure the cooperation of the police force in various fields of KSACS including Suraksha projects, develop compassionate approach to HIV positives including those in the department, ensure the availability of treatment for them and promote voluntary blood donation among police personnel were the goals of the workshop. Officers ranging from SI to DySP ranks participated in the workshop.

Mr. Kuttappai, Superintendent of Police inaugurated the program. DySP Krishnan Kutty presided over. As many as 46 officers participated
