Kollam: A sensitization program was organized by KSACS in Kollam for the police officers to make them participate in HIV control and prevention activities.

Ensuring the cooperation of the police force in various fields of KSACS including Suraksha projects, developing compassionate approach to HIV positives including those in the department, ensuring the availability of treatment for them and promote voluntary blood donation among police personnel were the goals of the workshop. Officers ranging from SI to DySP ranks participated in the workshop.

Dr. T.V. Velayudhan, Additional Project Director, KSACS inaugurated the program.
