Seminar for working journalists Kollam Press Club


KSACS and Press Club, Kollam conducted a seminar for the working journalists in the field of HIV AIDS reporting on June 17 at Kollam Press Hall. The seminar was largely attended by the reporters of almost all leading newspapers and from the visual media. The seminar was noted for its depth analysis of the stigmatized disease and the threatening spread of the same globally.

Mr. S. Ajai Kumar, Joint Director, IEC, KSACS conducted class on The Value in the Field of HIV-AIDS Reporting. Dr. T.V. Velayudhan, Additional Project Director, KSACS, Ms.Rita Cross, Joint Director, Care and Support and Mr. Joseph Mathew, President, CPK+ (Council of People Living with HIV AIDS in Kerala) spoke during the seminar. Mr. Sreejith K. Warrier, Secretary, Press Club, Kollam and Mr. Suresh, Executive Member, Press Club, Kollam also participated in the seminar
